Mr.Srinath is Managing Director/Partner of the Sorenson Housing Opportunity Fund (SHOF). SHOF is a Fund focused on building the Affordable Housing Ecosystem. It is a client centric fund and plans to invest in developers who build homes between the price range of Rs.3 Lakhs and Rs.10 Lakhs per dwelling unit, Housing Finance Companies and Construction technologies which aid building these affordable homes faster and efficiently. Srinath S has 18 years work experience spanning operating
roles in telecom industry, structured finance and private equity industry.
Mr.Srinath set up the Private Equity Business for Reliance Capital Ltd in 2004
as its Head. Later he was Managing Director and Country Head with FirstRand Bank
of South Africa to lead their Private Equity and Real Estate investments. He has
invested and managed USD 450 million worth of assets across various sectors and
has served on various Boards in India and Asia. |
